Ross Stores Inc., in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, or CPSC, announced a voluntary recall of Marble Top Plant Stands because the top of the plant stand can detach from the base and fall, posing an injury risk to consumers.

To date, the company has been notified about two incidents in which the marble top fell off the plant stand, bruising consumers.

The recalled plant stands, sold exclusively at Ross Stores, have marble tops and black wrought iron bases in three sizes: small (24”), medium (28”) and large (32”).

Consumers should stop using the recalled items and return them to any Ross Store for a refund.

Consumer Information: Consumers can contact Ross Stores at (800) 305-0510 anytime, or visit www.rossstores.com
