Coyne’s & Company, in conjunction with the CPSC, is voluntarily recalling Haunted House Screen Tea Light Holders because the window panes on the screen can ignite, posing a fire hazard.

The company has been informed of three incidents in which the panes caught fire, but no injuries have been reported.

The recall involves haunted house screen tea light holders that were sold nationwide at Yankee Candle stores between August and September 2009.

Consumers should contact Coyne’s & Company or Yankee Candle for a refund. In the meantime, the candle holders should not be used.

Consumer Information: Contact Coyne’s & Co. at (800) 336-8666 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT Monday - Thursday or visit www.coynes.com.

Consumers can also email the firm at custserv@coynes.com
